“Have you had an Intra-Uterine Device (IUD)? Do you love or hate IUDs?”
My name is Leah and I am a graduate student at the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. I am conducting a study on women’s experiences with non-hormonal IUDs. Specifically, I am interested in how and why women decide to use IUDs as a form of contraception, whether having an IUD improves or reduces sexual satisfaction and pleasure, and how women view IUDs.
This study is composed of some multiple-choice and some open-ended response questions. All answers will remain anonymous, as I am not collecting any information that could directly be used to identify participants (e.g. ip addresses, email addresses, etc.). This study has been cleared by the University of Guelph Research Ethics Board.
